The suite was spacious and clean, and they came to clean it every morning. We were even upgraded when we checked in, which we really appreciated. The location made it easy to get around, with public transport and tourist spots nearby. We could walk to Petronas Tower, KLCC Park, and KL Eco Forest, and see KL Tower and Petronas from the suites. The front office was available around the clock and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it. 👍🏻👍🏻

The housekeeping team was quick every time I called. They brought what I needed within five minutes, faster than service I've had even at 5/6 stars hotels. The location is convenient too, with KL Twin tower and the monorail station both just a five-minute walk away. Parking is free, although the narrow turns make getting in a bit of a challenge. I managed without trouble. The only other small issue was the bathroom, which needs refurbishing because there are old stains in the shower area. Everything else was good.

These renovated apartments worked really well for our family stay in KL. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and laundry costs RM10 per 1kg. They could improve a few things: add mirrors to the second and third bedrooms, sort out the very poor water pressure, and provide extra pillows, since there's only one per person now.
