Easy Hotel Kl Sentral

The bed was comfortable and the room was good enough, though keep in mind some rooms don’t have windows. The hotel is right at KL Sentral, which is very convenient. They kindly stored my large suitcase for four full days at no extra cost.

Easy Hotel @ KL Sentral is a small 3-star hotel, but the team put in real effort to make guests feel comfortable. Mr. Ricky and Ms. Areena gave attentive service, and the other staff were friendly and helpful too. The place was clean, with useful extras like a small gym and children’s playroom. Breakfast at ABC Bistro Café next door was enjoyable. There are lots of eateries behind the hotel in the Little India area, so finding food is easy. The location is handy too, right beside KL Sentral, with direct access to the mall and main transport hub. The pillow could be more comfortable. There was also a slight smell from the piping when the bathroom exhaust fan was on, but it was manageable once adjusted. A pleasant, practical stay for a short trip.

The location is mind-blowing, right below Brickfield mono rail station, opposite NU mall, and less than a six-minute walk from KL Sentral, where all the train networks meet. There’s delicious food next door, and Little India is only about a 10-minute walk away. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it, especially to people on a budget. The whole stay was awesome, thanks to the super helpful staff. Mr Rana handled the booking, then Bicky, Tushar, Fara and the rest of the team were always ready to help and guide us. The room was cleaned excellently every day.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and that would bring me back when I’m in town. I stayed three days and two nights, and it served its purpose as a place to sleep. The location is good, within walking distance of the LRT and KL Sentral, and the price is good value. Just don’t expect five-star luxury rooms or a buffet.
