The unit wasn’t the one we had booked, and the electrical appliances all had two-pin plugs, so we had to bring an adapter despite the wall sockets being three-pin. The nearest food places also weren’t safely walkable, so a hotel with a shopping mall downstairs would be a better choice. It took an hour to get the baby cot and parking sticker. The cot was broken, and even with a service man there, I was told to fix it myself. Water dripped from the ceiling. The aircon repair took a long time and the dripping continued.

Being close to the city center and major shopping malls made it easy to get around and shop. The room was spotless and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean place in a convenient location.

Why is visitor parking RM 15? I asked for a receipt and didn’t get one. Management should provide receipts for charges like this.

The pool was a total mess, and the water looked milky because people weren’t showering before getting in. It was dirty, with crowds of girls taking 20 minutes for a single photo. This place seems badly suited to short-term rentals and isn’t built for them. Don’t stay here, go to a proper hotel.

This place feels shady. If you book through the usual hotel booking sites, you could get scammed. The building is in a residential area and seems to be used mostly for AirBnB rooms. The woman at the "reception" yesterday was genuinely helpful and helped me deal with my "host", who I believe was a scammer.
