Euro Life Hotel @ KL Sentral

Does anyone have a working phone number for this hotel? I booked through Agoda yesterday, but neither number listed there nor the one on Google can be reached.

I was disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. The rooms were really dirty, and housekeeping was poor. The staff were friendly, but their pricing didn’t feel genuine.

Four of us were left in a small single room, even though I had booked through Agoda. The person in charge hadn’t reserved my room, and after promising a room with two queen beds the next day, they still asked us to stay in the same single room. How were four people supposed to fit? The room was noisy and unclean, the TV didn’t work, the power card slot was unreliable, there was no mirror, the toilet hose valve wouldn’t control the water, and the shower water couldn’t be adjusted. The reception staff behaved very badly. Worst hotel in KL. Please don’t book here in future. 28 Dec 2025

We paid RM 465 for a stay that wasn’t worth it. We were out exploring instead of spending time in the room, which was lucky given the experience. There were no towels because, as the receptionist told us, they were in the laundry. The bathroom heater didn’t work, and after we asked her to call a technician, nobody came for nearly half an hour. Our room phone was unusable because its wire connection was disconnected or broken. AGODA listed toiletries and a hairdryer, but the bathroom had only a sink and toilet. When we went back to reception about these problems, she kept saying she didn’t know. A cleaner then said our room didn’t have a heater. We asked to move rooms, but the hotel was fully booked. How were we meant to shower in cold water? A total waste of money and a bad experience.
