The service was excellent. They gave us a WhatsApp number for anything we needed, and replies came within seconds. We had a suite at a very fair price, with an amazing view of the twin towers and the whole city. It was especially magical at night. The hotel is only a few minutes from KLCC station and next to a lovely park where you can rent a bicycle and ride around. I don’t know why it only has 3 stars, it deserves more.

The room was so dirty it made me feel sick. The sofa cover looked like it hadn’t been washed in over 10 years, and there were dead mosquitoes on the TV cabinet. The AC made a noise, and the headboard behind the beds was torn and tattered. I booked room B-17-03(A), and this was my worst experience. I wanted to use the gym, but they charged another 25 ringgit. The sky pool also costs extra. I paid for the gym anyway, and the attendant upstairs was rude and impolite. What kind of service is that? This so-called suite spoiled my trip. I cut my stay short and moved somewhere else to continue my vacation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

The room uses a key to get in instead of an access card, which was frustrating. The guard was rude and impolite, and the service was very bad overall. They charged 40 per person to enter the swimming pool and gym. I was unsatisfied, it’s ridiculous.

After a long, tiring workday, my friend and I arrived around 7 pm in heavy rain. The guard gave us wrong information and wasn’t helpful, then the receptionist at check-in was rude. They charged RM25 for parking, and the man made us sit through a briefing about it. There was no direct lift from the car park to our room. We had to walk out from the parking, take a lift, pass the lobby, walk outside again, then reach the lift that goes to our unit. That was ridiculous, since other hotels connect the car park to the room by lift. The access card didn’t work in the elevator, and our room door used a key instead of a card. The shower wasn’t hot, and facilities said to close at 10 pm but were already shut at 9 pm. Checkout was at 11 am, but they didn’t return my RM200 deposit right away. They said it would be credited within 24 hours. After no money showed up in my account three days later, I called them, and they transferred it two hours after that. The worst hotel experience of my life.
