The facilities and apartments were attractive and generally kept in good shape. They did deal with the problems we raised about the rooms and bathrooms, which was helpful. But getting welcomed and checked in felt disorganized and inefficient. We arrived before check-in and weren't offered early access or even a proper place to wait, with no air conditioning in the waiting area. The owner was also inconsistent about replying to our messages and wasn't very accommodating.
