Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar by IHG

The suite rooms were spacious, well equipped, and affordable, and the staff and security were fantastic. The hospitality went beyond what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. We had a spectacular stay in May 2026, and I'd absolutely recommend it. Just a couple of small things: breakfast could use a bit more variety, and razors could be replenished daily without guests needing to ask.

Ms. Ann, the Duty Manager, was so friendly and helpful. Her staff also set up a comfortable spot for my last-minute online meeting, which I really appreciated. The pool was clean, the gym was well maintained, and breakfast was amazing every day. Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is very new and clean, and the whole stay was pleasant. You can take the same lift from the ground floor drop-off straight to your room, so there's no need to go through the lobby. Warm service and a great experience. I'll definitely stay again.

The room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. I liked the pillows labeled firm and soft. The car park lifts can be confusing at first, but you'll get used to them. Clover's breakfast is always a treat. The food is good for a Holiday Inn, and I especially like the croissants. Izzat, Azul, and Shazwan gave warm service, and Diana was always smiling. Khairul was a cheerful ambassador, chef Alif and Aidil made good omelettes, and Adrian was very accommodating. This is my second stay at this newly built hotel, and it won't be my last. It's not right in the city centre scene, but the staff are among the best, especially at the front desk. Husna, Aidil, and Shake remembered me and welcomed me warmly again. Annisa and Sayzwan were fantastic too. Ms Husna went out of her way to offer great perks, which is rare at other hotels. She's the epitome of hospitality. I'll be back soon.

Breakfast had a good range and tasted great, and the bathroom and toiletries were good quality and well stocked. The eco-friendly water dispenser offered both hot and cold water, which suited me well. I also appreciated having firm and soft pillows to choose from. The front desk team were polite and professional, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. I stayed at Holiday Inn Bangsar in a [Standard King] room, checking in 7/11/2025 and checking out 8/11/205. The lobby, room, and shared areas were spotless, and I felt comfortable and well looked after. It was a fantastic experience for the price, and I'd highly recommend Holiday Inn Bangsar for a clean, comfortable, guest-friendly stay.
