We left really unhappy, especially after seeing another house allowed to put up a wedding tent when our owner had said community rules prevented it. We had told the owner about our wedding and were first told a tent was fine. But when the workers arrived to set it up, he scolded them and suddenly said a big tent wasn’t allowed, despite never giving us a size limit. The owner also kept complaining about things like closing the curtains, and watched us from outside in a way that felt like spying. There were several CCTV cameras inside the house, installed without telling the tenants. Some things were broken or unusable too, including the sliding door, toilet lock, and clogged sink. This was one of the worst homestays I’ve ever had. I really wouldn’t recommend going there. Please don’t book it, or you may regret it like we did.

There’s an LRT nearby, which makes the place convenient. It’s spacious too.

Not a good homestay for events or parties. The owner micromanages all the time, and there are CCTV cameras both inside and outside the house. I wouldn’t recommend Homestay@137 if you’re planning to hold an event or party.

There’s a corner area in the nice house where you can eat and chat with friends or relatives, or have a small event. The owner is friendly, too.
