The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the rooms were spotless with all the amenities I needed. Excellent service overall. I'd highly recommend the hotel for a business trip or a leisure stay.

The room was spacious, and I had no other complaints. But I requested a non-smoking room and got one that smelled strongly of smoke. The bathtub had no stopper, so I couldn't use it. That left me wondering what the point was of booking this hotel.

The AC was one of the best I've used in a hotel, especially in Malaysia's humidity, and the bidet hose was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was reasonably priced for a few people. Its location next to the train station was really useful. The TV didn't work, and the shower, toilet, and sink were cramped together in one room. Still, this hotel made our stay in Malaysia better, and I'd recommend it.

I've stayed at hotel rapid 28 many times since last year and still use its services. The staff are hospitable, helpful, and kind, and the rooms are clean. I'm very satisfied with the service.
