The location is good, the front has security, and the Indian food on the same road is nice. For the price, the stay wasn't horrible, and the landlords did address faults quickly. The rest of the facility was okay, though details and basic necessities need more attention. Each unit seems to be sub-let. Ours was one of about eight in a lockbox collection. The kitchen was short on equipment, with no toaster, salt and pepper, or drinking tumblers. For some reason, the laundry door was shrink-wrapped with masking tape around the edges. We arrived late and found bedsheets with a strong body lotion smell that needed changing. The couch was broken and heavily stained. The Hello Kitty rug had been flipped over because the grey underside looked better than its dirty top. The beds were extremely firm, like sleeping on the floor. The pool on the top floor had a great view and was deserted. I don't think the strata maintenance is in place, or if it is, it's lacking: many pool tiles were broken, the pool light had come completely loose, and I couldn't find a clear way to turn on the "spa jets," so I don't know if they worked. The stainless steel railing cap was loose too.

I booked four nights for my family, but checked everyone out after just one night. The host supplied an extra futon that was filthy, and I wish I could post photos so others could see it. The bathroom was disgusting, and water was dripping from its ceiling. Check-in was inconvenient and a hassle. I asked for a partial refund, but found the host money-grabbing and inconsiderate. If you're hoping to enjoy a vacation in Kuala Lumpur, avoid this hotel.

We stayed in a unit in the North building and were happy with it. It was clean, new, and had the basic amenities, with a simple, minimalist look. On level 9 there’s a pool, a children’s playground, a walking track, and a small garden where you can take in the scenery. There’s also a medium-sized Jacuzzi on the top floor and a restaurant nearby.

The location is good and so is the host. We’ve stayed in a few units here, and some are a bit worn from all the moving and guest traffic. The main issue we ran into was a really awful sewage smell coming from every drain. Nobody mentions this beforehand. We’ve also stayed in two units that didn’t have the smell, so maybe we were just lucky.
