This is a serviced apartment in a strata building on commercial land. The property is well maintained, has 22 amenities, and has received its CCC. Take care when driving out, since there are a lot of fast cars on the road ahead.

The place was okay, though a few basics were missing. I couldn't find a floor mat, and the toilet paper had run out. The blanket also had a little dust and small hairs beneath the linen with the homebrickz logo. I'm not sure whether a floor mat was meant to be provided.

The rooms themselves were okay, but the management felt unprofessional. We arrived to check in at 6 pm and our 3-bedroom family deluxe booking still wasn't ready. Reception staff told us to wait 15 minutes, but SIDAI kept my family waiting in the parking/reception area for an hour. They then changed our booking to one studio and two bedrooms, saying the rooms were connecting, but they weren't. The reception staff weren't friendly or helpful. Guests don't know the room setup, so staff should be trained to handle questions properly. I also had to wait 1-2 days for the RM200 deposit, which I wasn't willing to do. Customers should get their money back at checkout.

We had a lot of fun playing pickleball here. The courts are kept in good shape and everyone seemed friendly. I'd happily come back.
