Hotel 28 Titiwangsa

PWTC is within walking distance, and the hotel is also close to LRT, MRT, and Monorel Titiwangsa, with lots of Indian and Pakistani restaurants around. The rooms, bed, and toilet were decently clean, more than enough for a pleasant stay. There are irons and ironing boards on each floor, plus a small lobby to sit in and a lift. It's a cozy budget hotel that works for solo travelers, couples, or families with small children. The soundproofing isn't great, so you may hear people moving along the corridor.

The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of high-quality options. The central city location made it easy to walk everywhere. Special thanks to the staff, who were attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Our first room smelled so bad that staying in it was impossible. Staff moved us, but the second room was worse, especially the toilet smell. After we complained again, we got another room that looked clean, but the bed had bed bugs. I woke up itchy all over with bumps. Communication from staff was poor, too. The night staff said checkout before 1 PM was allowed, but the next day another staff member questioned us about late checkout and acted rudely, even knocking on the table, though we had followed the earlier instruction. The hygiene problems and unprofessional behavior made the whole stay bad. Not recommended. Please take action.

The room was spacious, clean, and clear, and I got the best price ever. My first stay here was a really good experience. Even though it's only on the 4th floor, there's a lift, which is handy with big luggage. You can easily walk to a 7e store and places to eat.
