Quill Residence by Five Senses

We spent a couple of nights at Quill Residences and found it really convenient. There’s a mall right downstairs, with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket for groceries. It’s also right in KL’s Golden Triangle, so food and amenities are close at hand.

The staff quickly sorted out the Netflix problem after I sent a text. The smart TV uses management’s account, but it wasn’t working because of Netflix’s policy. I paid the RM200 security deposit in cash and got it back immediately at checkout. Also, staff kept calling about extending my stay, but they had the wrong person because my number was linked to someone else. We stayed four days and found the place clean. The water dispenser worked and the water tasted fine. Just remember to take rubbish to the waste room, or pests may show up. Housekeeping is only available for stays of seven days or more. The kitchen had pans, knives, a chopping board, and scissors, though they were quite worn, and there was no cooking oil. No toothbrush was provided, so bring your own toiletries. Shampoo and body wash were there, but the grape soda-like scent wasn’t appealing.

The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the pool and gym were well cared for with nice city views. Quill City Mall connects directly to the building, and public transport is easy to reach. Had a great stay at Quill Residences, KL!

This was my second time staying here, and I like the place. The rooms were clean and had the facilities I needed, and the location worked well for me. Staff were respectful and helpful. I’ll definitely choose quill residence again on my next trip this year.
