The main problem was the noise from the nearby bars and clubs downstairs. The music, especially the techno, got very loud at night, and I had to sleep with earplugs. Aside from that, things met my expectations for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a good layout and air conditioning. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. I booked through the Agoda app, which was cheaper. The lobby and shared spaces were neat and clean, and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby. The TV was disappointing, though, because I couldn't find an HDMI port to connect my own device. This was my first stay at Orange Hotel Sri Petaling, and the experience overall was so-so.

I was very disappointed, and I won't stay here again. The room was tiny for RM 254, which is a very expensive price, and it didn't feel like a hotel at all. When I asked a staff member for an extra pillow, she just said, "Sorry, we don't have an extra pillow." I was speechless 😶 We're anemic and need an extra pillow to raise our heads so we can sleep better. I also made the mistake of booking at the last minute, but the experience was still a complete letdown. It costs more than other places, and I suggest you don't book this hotel. If you really have to, choose 1orange if there is no hotel.

The reception staff were helpful and suggested nearby places to eat. My room was clean, simply furnished, and had what I needed for a short stay. Parking can be tricky in the middle of Sri Petaling's commercial area, though I nearly used a nearby multi-storey lot when a space opened up. The location makes it easy to find food. It's good value for money, and I'd stay again if I needed to be in that area.

The room was clean, and everything in it worked as it should. The air conditioning was good and the shower had decent pressure. Staff at the front desk were welcoming, polite, and attentive, which left a good impression. The rooms could use an upgrade, but it's a cheaper hotel and you get what you pay for. It's in a great area with everything you might need nearby. I'd book here again.
