Hotel Aman Kuala Lumpur

The rooms are nice and in brand new condition. It’s right opposite TRX, Affin, and Prudential Tower, with three fortresses for your needs. Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang, and Berjaya Times Square are a short walk away. A real shopping haven!

Vehicle noise coming through late at night kept us awake because the hotel’s soundproofing was poor. We called customer service, and they said they could arrange a room change right away. After we packed and got ready, they changed their answer and said there were no rooms unless we downgraded to a room without a window, with no refund. Then they kept making excuses. It wasted our time and sleep. We were very disappointed and won’t come back.

We booked two nights but left after the first because the room wasn’t properly maintained. The walls were dirty, the towel smelled, and the lift lobby smelled too. The worst part was loud drilling next door starting at 8:30am while we were asleep. Staff didn’t check on us or make any arrangements for guests affected by the noise, even though the work was in another building. We won’t return.

I was confused before arriving because Hotel Damai used to be called Hotel Aman, but everything turned out fine and the hotel had maintained its facilities. We stayed five days over New Year 2026 week and had a wonderful time. It was really good for a 2-star hotel. The staff were busy and short-handed, but they still went out of their way to fix things and help with requests. Thanks for the hospitality. I hope to come back soon!
