Hotel Hibiscus City Pudu

This place was very dirty. Most of the bathroom was broken, the air conditioning was terrible, and the smell made it feel like being in a jungle. There were bedbugs everywhere. I don’t recommend it at all.

What made me feel at home was the staff. They were warm, patient with questions and room changes, and really welcoming. The Malaysian dishes at Treasure Island were delicious too, and the chef was happy to talk about the food and let us try his specialities. Breakfast was toast with butter and sweet milk coffee, plus a chance to chat with staff and other guests. The price was extremely low, and the room quality showed it. There were mice in the shared areas and cockroaches in the private bathroom. I wouldn't choose the shared-bathroom option either, the bathroom smelled awful and was in a terrible state. The area is close to the center and public transport, though I didn't feel comfortable going out at night because of the homelessness and drinking nearby. I was worried when I first arrived, but ended up having a good time and enjoying my stay.

There were no windows in the room, and it was dirty with a moldy smell. The shared bathrooms were shockingly filthy. Ask to see the room before paying for it.

Staying at this hotel was a really good experience.
