Impiana KLCC Hotel

Ms. Karen at Reception made check-in pleasant with her warm, attentive and professional manner. The housekeeping team were helpful too, promptly replenishing the coffee, tea and room amenities. Breakfast was included, but the queue was so long and crowded that I had to skip it and head out. I hope that can be improved for a smoother dining experience. Checkout was quick and seamless, and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks again for arranging Late Check-Out (LCO), which made the visit more comfortable. I look forward to staying again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed. The gym was well kept, though small, with enough space for basic strength training. The pool was also maintained well, and one staff member was there to oversee visitors. At breakfast, most of the food was processed or fried, but people seemed happy with it, and I enjoyed seeing them appreciate the food. I’d rate breakfast 7.5 out of 10. I stayed for a day to see the place for myself. When I checked in around 2 or 3 pm, I waited more than 30 minutes for the process, which brings my rating to 6.5 out of 10. On May 30, 2026, I also needed parking validation sometime after 6 pm, but only one person was handling everything, so guests had to wait. The front desk could use at least two people after office hours to help monitor what visitors need. Still, that staff member stayed professional and confident through a hectic time. Big applause for him, and thank you. It’s still on top for me. 😄

Getting between KLCC and Bukit Bintang was easy via the sky bridge, and the location was outstanding. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the room. Staff service was extraordinary. The shower deserves a mention: it drains well without water spilling out of the bathroom, which is rare even in top hotels. The shower head is designed to keep the pressure from getting excessive, and the air conditioning controls are easy to use.

The location is really convenient, especially the link bridge to KLCC Suria. You can also walk from there to Bukit Bintang, and Pavillion is one of my favourite malls. It’s relatively close to Conlay MRT station too. Staff at reception and the concierge were great, and the team was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and its food selection. Housekeeping was less consistent. Some items were there one day and missing the next, and I wasn’t sure whether staff had a checklist. For instance, the tissue box was left empty without a replacement, and the amenities bag had different contents on different days. The housekeeping staff were friendly and willing to refill or replace anything that was missing, such as toilet paper. Despite those hiccups, Impiana is still a good hotel to stay in for its convenient location.
