Aziz from the luggage storage team made a particularly strong impression with his friendly, helpful, and professional service. The reception staff also gave me a warm welcome and took good care of me. In fact, every interaction with the team was courteous, warm, and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I was at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur from 28-30 May 2026. The hotel was very well maintained, and the service, cleanliness, and professionalism were impressive from the moment I arrived. The room did feel a bit stuffy at times, and the bathroom water pressure was lower than I expected, but those minor issues didn’t have much effect on my stay. I had a thoroughly enjoyable visit and would recommend InterContinental Kuala Lumpur to anyone coming to the city. I look forward to staying again.

I really enjoyed the gym, especially since it’s open 24 hours. One thing to flag: the bread on the katsu vegan sandwich at the brasserie breakfast buffet was moldy. I hope the kitchen pays a bit more attention to that. Yong, the staff manager, was kind to me and my family. We hadn’t realized we needed to reserve a room through the app before using our memberships, and we were worried we’d have to leave without staying. The staff let us book rooms, though, so thank you. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The location worked really well, with lots of restaurants nearby and an MRT station close by. KLCC is only about a 10-minute walk away. Our room was lovely and very clean, and the view was amazing. We had a really nice stay at Intercontinental, better than I expected.

I’ve stayed here three times in the past two months, and each visit has been a luxurious, unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were outstanding. It’s a good location too, only about 800 meters on foot from the Twin Tower. Thanks for making my stays so comfortable. I’ll definitely come back.

Jabid and Gwyn were standouts for their customer service, always making that extra effort for guests. The whole team was professional and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and will be back on our next trip to KL. I’d highly recommend this hotel for the service alone.
