Kenwingston Platz @ KL North

Restaurants all around make everyday life convenient, and the security staff are courteous and professional. I’ve lived here for two years and am very satisfied. The apartment is clean and well maintained, and the elevators are fast. Highly recommended.

The only real plus is the location, with lots of restaurants nearby. I lived here for over two years, from when the condo was newly completed. At first it all seemed fine and convenient, but after a year, oh my god. There are always insects and flies in the lift. I wonder if it’s because cleaners use the same lift to take trash down. The noise is undeniable. I’m on the first floor, and people throw trash from their balconies. So much ends up in front of mine, and water drips down from above. I don’t dare go out onto the balcony because of the unimaginable rubbish.

The sky deck and huge pool are wonderful. This is the most beautiful condo in the area, and also the tallest, yet surprisingly it’s low density. You can get to the city centre easily by bus or car. Lucky are the people who bought a unit here.

I loved the rooftop sky view of KL and the infinity pool. The common areas are nice, but they aren’t managed well. There are quite a few better condos in Kuala Lumpur.
