Things seem fine when you book and arrive, but problems come up once you’re staying there. There was no housekeeping for the whole stay, no toiletries except hand wash, and no bottled water. In the three-bedroom apartment, two rooms were so small there wasn’t space to open luggage. The living room and third room were good, though. There was nowhere to get an early breakfast. I’ve had much better stays in KL service apartments.

I like the location, with covered access to LRT Universiti and a mall right next door. Getting to the building can be a bit tricky since it depends on your Tower and Unit. The security is reasonably good and the staff are friendly. The lobby makes a good first impression. Like other condominiums, it has a swimming pool, gym, and reflexology garden. The gym is spacious, but I found it didn’t have much equipment.

This building is extremely noisy, with the highway and roads right out front, the LRT line, construction at three nearby buildings, and constant motorcycle noise. It’s not suitable for living at all. If you’re considering Airbnb, avoid it. You won’t be able to sleep, and the constant noise is bad for your heart.

Everything else was quite good, but the maintenance is pretty poor. The gym has only one treadmill available. The other two have been under maintenance for over a month, and I don’t know when they’ll fix them.
