I’m disgusted and alarmed by the so-called freebies. I submitted defect reports for months, but nobody took the initiative to contact the owner. The owner tried to follow up, yet the irresponsible PIC never replied. A bunch of idiots, very good at sweeping problems under the carpet. Shitty, with no standards.

The facilities seem to need fixing every month, and I don’t think the management is any good. If you’re buying a condo, you might worry about ending up with management and developers who don’t put in the effort when you raise issues.
