The location is the only plus. The room was terribly unclean, and we even found bed bugs. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I really recommend staying somewhere else and saving your holiday.

The rooms are dirty, and the place is just mid, neither good nor bad. I gave it 3 stars for the view.

The location is the best part. The rooms are large and good, with the amenities there, including brand new cutlery, a fridge, a new TV, and towels changed daily. Mr Ipoh is very sweet and quick. They don't clean every day, though. It felt a bit expensive for a place that's not a hotel. We paid 225 myr per day for 4 people during peak season.

I booked this apartment on September 21st without knowing about the 200 ringgit deposit. I accepted the rules and apologized for my mistake. I asked if I could pay by transfer or another method, but was told no, only local bank malaysia. The worst part was when I asked for the Wi-Fi password so I could contact the friend who booked for me. The staff refused and were extremely rude and heartless. He said, “We DON’T HAVE FREE WIFI HERE”. The security guard was the only kind one, and helped me find the ATM. Honestly, I've never had a worse experience with someone so lacking in empathy.
