The breakfast has lots of options and the food is good, and there are fancy restaurants all around the building. Housekeeping staff are friendly and professional, and the amenities are well looked after. It’s a nice place to stay in the heart of KL, with major tourist spots just a few metres away. The rooftop pool on the 18th floor has a pretty good view, especially in the evening.

The lifts can stay broken for days, and the toilet blocked three times in six days. The AC was so noisy that I had to switch off the bedroom unit and leave the living room one running. Light sleepers should avoid it. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the twin towers. The outdoor pool and the indoor hot and cold pools are excellent, but breakfast at the buffet has few choices.

I keep coming back for short stays when I’m in KL. The apartment is very nice, the price is reasonable, and the service is great. The location is terrific, with Beach club, Twin Towers, and malls all within walking distance. There are also great pubs right downstairs for chilling.

The room was extremely comfortable, and the place has the amenities you need for a longer stay. It’s centrally located near KL’s main sights. The pool is nicely equipped with lots of sun beds and has some good city views.

I’ve stayed at Fraser Place several times, and the staff are always friendly with a high level of customer service. The rooms are good quality, clean, and make for a comfortable stay. You can walk to the best malls from this central spot in KL, and Petronas Towers is just a five minute walk away. I highly recommend the hotel.
