I’m a resident at Block A-5-2. On 1/4/2025 at night, I went out to buy something and fell where there was a ladder. That spot collects more water whenever it rains, and I ended up with my whole body wet. The security guards saw me fall but stayed sitting there instead of coming over to ask if I was hurt. I asked them to clean up the water, but they did nothing and kept sitting at the counter looking at their phones. How did management hire security with this kind of attitude and no training? I hope management resolves this, either by replacing them with trained guards or warning and training them again.

The building is excellently built, and the lifts come quickly since it’s only 20 storeys with just a few units per floor. There’s also san francisco coffee next door. It’s a very good location, just a few minutes’ walk to TRX newest mall and MRT. If I had the money, this would be the best buy in TRX.

The bread and the hommus are always good, and I’ve had wonderful experiences here before. This latest visit was a letdown. The service was poor, with no manners or attention to customers, and we waited for hours. The cutlery wasn’t clean. I had to leave my seat and order beside staff who were busy on their mobiles or seemed not to understand English.

It’s a nice, clean condo, but the kids’ park is always wet, and it isn’t because of the water feature beside it. Security could be much, much tighter. I could walk in and out of the compound without anyone supervising me.
