MU Stonor 3 KL

I had a very pleasant visit with a friend who lives at Stonor 3. The condo is about a 10 minute walk from KLCC park, with two MRT stations within an 800 m walk. Its lobby is magnificent, and the infinity pool and gym look amazing. The complex is very well maintained and has beautiful facilities. The function rooms on level 57 have lovely views during the day; I can only imagine they’re prettier at night.

I delivered a cake to a resident here on 23.12.24. It was easy to find, about 500 metres from KLCC, and the guards were friendly and polite. The lobby is large, and this is an exclusive place with a T20 price tag, lol. It’s embassy row, so expect lots of cops patrolling the area. 👍🏽

26 August 2024, 16:35 Not much to add except that this place is great. - - - - - - - - 1 July 2025, 19:35 This follow-up is a big change from my 5-star review two years ago. At first everything looked fresh and beautiful, but living here longer showed me how bad the developer and management are. If you have a pipe or apartment issue, don’t expect the building management or developer to fix it promptly. In my opinion, they drag things out until you get impatient and hire an outside repair company at your own expense, so management doesn’t have to pay. Chasing them hasn’t helped; they keep delaying. Last year I emailed management about a loose screw on the shaky bar in the 7th-floor playground because of the children’s safety. They said someone had been told to repair it, but nothing has been done. There was a major flood in the building on 23 May. All six lifts initially broke, and only two were partly repaired, with the rest still not working. You still wait longer because those two lifts aren’t programmed to work together. They say repairs will happen as soon as possible, but I don’t trust that promise. They got two partly fixed within 1-2 days, but never the others. One extra point: the head of higher management, if he’s still there, apparently kept changing staff. That’s old information from ex-employees who were extremely unhappy. If you’re thinking of investing, renting it out, or living here, don’t even think about it.

Right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Stonor is a great area with plenty of places within walking distance. It’s a good example of modern living.
