Hotel New Winner

The rooms had insects and cockroaches, and there was a strange smell. It wasn't clean at all. The toilet had no toothbrush, toothpaste or rubbish plastic. Even though it was meant to be smoke-free, there was an ashtray and cigarette butts. I wouldn't recommend it and won't come back unless they change the system and improve cleanliness.

It's surprisingly affordable and a decent hotel, suitable for all. 👍 I'll definitely come back.

I got a great night's sleep on the bed, and check-in and checkout were quick and simple. The price was good, with lots of food stalls open late in the busy area, and it was close to kl sentral. They provided 2 towels, shower soap and 2 bottles of water, though they asked for a 50rm deposit. The air con smelled a bit odd for the first 30 mins and seemed overdue for servicing. The lift was out of service, so I had to climb 3 flights of stairs. On weekends, I could hear soft clubbing music from the club next door. Good enough for the price and a single quick night, but it needed a proper maintenance checkup.

Everything worked fine, the room was clean and the linens were good. Check-in and checkout were easy and straightforward, making it a good option for a short stay. I didn't like the room having no window. When you're out, there's no airflow and the room stinks. I'd suggest installing an automatic fragrance spray device to go off every 1 hour.
