NOVO Suites by Cobnb

I spent 23 days here and everything was perfect. The design is modern and the place was super clean. Staff were extremely professional and eager to make the stay more comfortable. I usually avoid using cooking utensils in serviced apartments because they’re gross, but these seemed new and well maintained, so I used them every day. The bus stop is just 10 seconds from the hotel and gets you to KLCC in about 8 minutes. The pool was amazing and never as crowded as I expected. I’d come back anytime I’m in KL!

The pool is stunning and really stands out, and the security staff were respectful and professional, so we felt safe and comfortable. The team as a whole was friendly, attentive, and efficient. When we called the front desk about a leaking sink, a technician came quickly and fixed it. They also let us check in at 12 PM, although the official time was 3 PM, which we appreciated after a long journey. We stayed at Novo Suites by Cobnb for 9 days, and the studio was clean, well maintained, and had a lovely city view that we enjoyed each day. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a handy Kuala Lumpur location. Bravo to the whole team 👏✨

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool was great, and the gym was fine for small workouts, though it isn’t massive. The restaurant next door was incredible. We had amazing breakfast and dinner there, though I can’t remember its name. The café was great too. It’s a little outside the city center, but a taxi was only £2.

What a hard week. Building work in the building made my room ridiculously loud from 10am to 5pm, with constant drilling and banging. I’d booked the flat for work, so there was no way I could stay. I complained and asked for my money back, but they refused. Their “gesture” was to offer another flat higher up in the building. The replacement wasn’t as nice, had no cooker, and was still noisy from 10am. I had to stay an extra day because of travel, and they charged me more per night than I’d originally paid, even with their special 20% discount for my bad stay. By then I just gave up. What a complete joke.
