We arrived in Kuala Lumpur with our two-year-old and nowhere to stay. We had prepaid for a room from August 19th to 28th, but reception said they didn't know who owned the apartment and couldn't help us. We called the contact number repeatedly with no answer. After many calls, we were told other guests had already taken our room. The service was appalling, with no responsibility taken and terrible customer service, plus a long list of other problems I can't include here. Summer Suites, the owner, and eDreams all washed their hands of it. We had to find another hotel and pay for a second stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE. We feel completely ripped off.

The room facilities were excellent, which was a pleasant surprise when I arrived. But some details were lacking, like the cheap-feeling shampoo, and the room wasn't very clean. There were bugs on the table. There was no front desk. I had to phone the owner, who came with a key to let me in. I checked in at 7:30 am and paid an extra 80 MYR. Staying the next day cost another 160 MYR.

The receptionist treated me rudely and said my 200 deposit wasn't enough to cover expensive things in the room. The hotel itself isn't beautiful either. And really, what room doesn't have drinking water? 😴 I was on vacation, not there to steal, and I didn't take any of your things.
