I’ve never come across a hotel with a booking rule like this. Even after we explained and showed the booking person’s IC, that person still had to be there. Otherwise, we would lose the deposit. I was really frustrated. Seriously, avoid this hotel, especially if you’re booking for your family.
The facilities weren’t in proper condition, and the room hadn’t been cleaned well. The service was very bad, and the room they gave me didn’t match the booking.
The floor was sticky, and the TV remote didn’t seem to get checked regularly. There was no toothbrush or standard toiletries.
It’s a low-budget hotel, and the place is quite small and not very cozy.
For this price, you could get a good full apartment on Airbnb. This hotel is overrated.
