I liked this place a lot. It’s an upper middle class residence, with nice eateries and Jaya Grocer downstairs. A bridge links it to the lower priced Pearl Point Shopping Mall, where there are quaint stalls with cheap clothes and other things, plus a food court serving local dishes.

Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are plentiful and easy to get to, and the guards are friendly, helpful, and among the best when it comes to management. It’s a great place to live. I don’t have a car, though, and getting to the city centre is terrible every time I want to go.

I’ve stayed here for more than 7 years now, and it’s an awesome place for an expat. The gym, pool, parking, and security are good, and the place has high standards. It feels like an upper middle class society, with plenty of eateries and shopping nearby and good connections to malls, groceries, banks, and more. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk, but there’s no LRT or MRT nearby. There also isn’t a proper Indian or Mamak shop close by. The owner seems biased on that one. I recommend staying here.
