This was our second visit, and the price is very reasonable. The food is good, the receptionist was friendly, and she sorted out my car and the receipt in my name even though my husband had booked. The staff are all local, which I love. Some have worked here for almost 30-40 years, including a waiter in her 60s. The staff were all kind too. The view of the surrounding buildings is lovely, depending on which room you get. The pool is clean and well looked after, though the seats are too close to the toilet, so there's an unpleasant smell when you're sitting there waiting for your kids. There's also a new paddle court that you have to pay to book in advance. Outsiders can use it too, but it's small enough that it doesn't affect privacy for people swimming. Thank you very much, we'll come back again.

For my first trip abroad with my family, I did plenty of research before choosing a KL hotel. Perdana KLCC was worth every penny. Our Suite-style room had a small living room, a bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen. It was spacious and looked great, and the view from Level-37 was fantastic. We were amazed by the wide range of dishes at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is easy to reach and close to an MRT station. The staff were hospitable and served us with smiles. We absolutely loved our stay.

We've stayed here more than five times, and the hospitality always makes it feel like home. A big thank you to the bellboy and concierge team for welcoming us so warmly. At the front desk, Ihsan, Fauzi, Rizna, and the whole FO team were helpful and made check-in smooth. Breakfast is the usual continental buffet. The Malay dishes could be better, but the pastries are delicious, especially the soft croissants, freshly baked from the oven.

I got an extra hour for late checkout, and that was the only time I felt even slightly appreciated as a person. Come for the experience, not the comfort. This hotel is old, but not in a charming way. The bathroom was its own adventure: the drain clogged and water rose like a little lake. A technician fixed it, but after I used the toilet and shower, it clogged again. At least it was consistent. At breakfast, locals queued as if they were buying concert tickets, while “mat salleh” guests seemed to get a VIP lane. The kitchen staff treated them like favourites, letting them skip the queue and giving them “honey money level max” service. I saw this happen multiple times. So if you want quicker service, maybe change your accent first.
