Finding the right lift from the car park was confusing. We were in Block D on the 20th floor, so first took the Block D car park lift, but it only serves floors 30 to 50. We had to use the Block C lift for floors 9 to 29. Clearer information on the access card would help. The unit is spacious, especially the bathrooms, which have a bathtub. The look is minimalist and mostly white. Just be careful on the bathroom floor, it gets very slippery when wet and could cause a fall.

The location made it easy to walk to many city attractions in about 15-20 minutes. The room was spacious, with a big shower, and our 40th-floor stay was quiet at night. The infinity pool had lovely views and a comfortable temperature, though it gets busy and finding a chair can be difficult. There are several hotels in the same building, which makes check-in a bit confusing at first, but the signs are clear.

I stayed four days and really liked how quiet and comfortable the suite was, even with a busy itinerary. It was roomy, stylish, and cozy, with a rooftop garden and a small dipping pool where I could relax in the sun and look out at the city. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Everything was close by: the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Park for morning walks, coffee shops, Suria KLCC, and Pavilion. For travelers who want a central location, modern comfort, and personal service, this worked well. It doesn't have a dizzyingly high pool, skydeck, or massive luxury facilities, but the calm, more intimate feel suited me.

The room was large and clean, and service was good. They checked every day whether I needed anything done. The infinity pool was beautiful, though it gets packed.
