Q Collection Pudu Bukit Bintang

For a new hotel in town, this is one of the best I’ve visited. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean for two adults and two children. My kids loved it and said they want to stay again, so I’ll definitely come back soon 🥰😍

I spent two months in the Deluxe King Room on a business trip, and it felt like home. The room was cozy and clean, with everything I wanted for a longer stay. Reception staff were informative, housekeeping was helpful, and they handled my questions and requests well. Service was professional. The location on the outskirts of Bukit Bintang suited a business trip: quieter than the city center but still within reach of attractions. There’s also a rooftop pool with an amazing night view of Merdeka 118. A very pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely return on my next trip.

Our seven-night booking at Q Collection Bukit Bintang was from 20th to 28th February. On 24th February, we came back to find the hotel completely closed. Management told us to leave immediately and find another hotel, so we had to pack our things and search for somewhere at the last minute. It put us in a very difficult position. There was no advance notice, and the lack of communication and planning was extremely unprofessional. The closure ruined our trip and caused needless stress and inconvenience. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was noisy, with street traffic and neighbors’ conversations coming through the broken windows. The toilet door wouldn’t close. I changed rooms, but ran into the same problems. Bad experience, sorry. Honestly, this feels more like an inn, guesthouse or OYO than a hotel.
