I lost my lift and parking access cards along with my house keys today, entirely through my own carelessness. The KK Mart cashier at Blok A, Hafiz, was helpful and suggested asking security to check the CCTV. I made a report, and they started looking for the cards right away. It took about 10 minutes to sort out. The person who found them had handed them in at security in another block, so they could be resolved quickly. I can’t speak for management, but the security team was excellent and efficient. Thank you for helping me today.

The pool and gym were a nice bonus, and there are lots of restaurants close by. The train station is walkable, and there’s a security guard on site, so it feels secure. The accommodation was very clean, and I’d highly recommend this high-rise Airbnb. She replied quickly to all my questions and went out of her way to help us take the train. It fills up fast, so book early.

There’s a lovely city view and swimming pool, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The location is really convenient. Security is strict about letting only residents and registered visitors into the building. As a resident, that makes me feel safe, even if proving your identity can be a bit inconvenient. At least they’re doing their job carefully.

Parking is a nightmare in every form. Renting a spot is already difficult and very expensive, and management wants six months paid at once for high-floor parking. Visitors have it even worse, with costly parking and cash-only payment, so inviting friends over is hardly appealing. For what you pay, you could get a studio with parking elsewhere. Agents and landlords are quick to respond when collecting rent, then disappear when something in the unit needs a repair that’s their responsibility.
