The building is old, though they do their best to keep it maintained. It’s an affordable place in the city center, and the service is generally quite good, even if some staff are simply rude. I’ve stayed here several times. Despite the shortcomings, it’s an acceptable place to stay.

My room was actually pretty clean, but there was a small cockroach roaming around. On my last day I accidentally stepped on a nail sticking out of the carpet 🙄🙄🙄. It’s a budget hotel, so I’m not sure what to say, but they could surely do better.

The safety and security felt very poor. My wife fainted in the hallway during a medical emergency, but no security staff came to check on her, and management didn’t even know why an ambulance had arrived. Parking was very expensive at RM27.00 per night, or 11.00 for about an hour. The Airbnb booking was non-refundable if cancelled, which seemed very fishy. There are Airbnb units in different parts of the same tower, advertised by agents, and I don’t think they’re worth the listed price, especially if you need a quiet place. The noise might be acceptable in KL city, but this place is not for Malaysian. Don’t book here, no matter which part of the building. MOTAC should look into it.

The rooms smell bad and don’t have paint. They look like they haven’t been renovated in more than 20 years, and the doors are sooo old. This is the worst hotel ever. It doesn’t even deserve 15 usd pp. Biggest mistake.
