The hotel is peaceful and puts you near everything. The reception team was kind and helpful, though the bathroom sink leaked badly and the room could use some maintenance.

This place has become a co-living space run by a company called pillow&swings. The building has no indoor ventilation and smells throughout. The water is often yellow, and service is interrupted every week. The building manager responds only when he feels like it, while management ignores problems and seems focused on profit. Guests are also required to clean their own room before leaving or face a penalty. Stay away from this place and pillow&sswings management.

Water can be unavailable for a couple of days at a time, and the elevator has now been out of order for over a month. Management doesn't respond, but comes by near collection day promising the lift will be fixed tomorrow. If we ask them to repair it first, they cut off the electricity. They show no regard for guests or tenants, and no human rights are cared for here. The worst experience ever. Everyone should choose somewhere else.
