The room was small, but in good condition and had an air conditioner, TV, hot tub and bed. For the affordable price, I was very satisfied with it, even compared with a star hotel. I booked early through Agoda, paid in full and got an email confirmation, but when I arrived the counter said they had run out of print. The workers there didn't seem happy with their customer service. Some counter staff also need to be more welcoming, like saying good morning or good night and smiling more. To be fair, not everyone was like that, and some staff did provide very good service. I hope the top management at Hotel Home In 1 briefs the staff on speaking gently and improving future customer service. Tahniah hotel.

The staff came across as unprofessional and uninterested in their jobs, and I won't be returning. The room felt cramped, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had poor soundproofing, so I could hear the people next door talking. The water heater also didn't work properly.

The location is good, but if you need Wi-Fi, I really can't recommend this hotel. I've stayed in hotels all over while travelling, and this one had no connection at all, day or night. Basically zero network.

I paid for my Agoda booking and even called ahead, but when I arrived the receptionist, Brandon, said they were fully booked. I was left trying to find somewhere to stay in the middle of the night. The worst.

They had no mineral water or shampoo, and for some reason the place is called Hotel Inn, not Hotel Zamburger.
