Hotel Zamburger Bangsar

The room had a faulty toilet door, and the water heater didn’t work properly. Other than that, the hotel was good and very accessible. Staff were friendly, attentive, spoke English, and helped guests get around. I’d come back and recommend it, 10/10.

I stayed two nights. The location is convenient, close to the LRT, and the staff member who checked me in on the first day was friendly. The room was clean, and when I called to say there were no towels, reception brought some right away. There was no lampshade or hair dryer, and the next room was noisy. I hadn’t expected a connecting room. The lady staff member wasn’t very approachable. It was a good stay, but I think they need to improve some things.

I’ve stayed here three times and found it clean and convenient. The rooms come in small and medium sizes. The smaller ones can make it a little difficult for Muslims to pray, though there’s a prayer room in the lobby. It’s a good option for travellers, whether alone, as a couple, or with family.

There’s no refrigerator, the room isn’t very big, and the bathroom is just fine. There is a TV, though. It works well enough if you’re not planning to spend the whole day in the room. A restaurant next door serves very good portions, so finding food is easy.
