For the price in KL, it was still decent, but my first room had problems. I arrived in the early hours and was put in a small room where the power sockets didn’t work, and the air conditioner dripped on us while we slept. They moved me the next day to a better room, though its air conditioning was poor.

I wouldn’t come back. I stayed six nights only because they made me pay for the whole stay up front. I didn’t really trust leaving my belongings there, though nothing was stolen, that’s just my personal feeling. The location between Little India and Chinatown was good, and the place looked better than a few others around the same price and area. Booking in person let me haggle the already decent price down. Staff were friendly, though not always helpful. The internet didn’t work on my floor for a couple of days. After staff said it was fine, I reset the router myself, and it was really fast once I could connect. The room was dingy and dirty in general, and our sheets and blanket weren’t clean when we arrived. The air conditioner dripped on our heads. The included “breakfast” was tea or coffee with white bread, jam, and butter. Laundry took longer than promised, and it seemed they hadn’t used soap. The TV had only five channels, just Fox Movies in English, and no remote. I had to ask for everything from towels to toilet paper, even after having the room cleaned. If you stay, haggle and look at several rooms. Check where the plugs are and whether they work, and try the bed since some were better than others. Avoid rooms right by the bathroom or showers because they can be loud, and I’d also avoid the area near the elevator entrance if possible.

The Wi-Fi was okay and breakfast was free, and it was cheap. But the place was dirty, smelled bad throughout, had no windows or ventilation system, no room service, and too much noise. There was no security either. I can’t think of much more to say. It’s the worst hotel in KL.

I can’t give a negative star, so it gets one. There was no lift, TV, fridge, soap, computer, or Wi-Fi, and cleanliness was awful. It’s a cheap hotel with no facilities. Don’t stay here, not even for half an hour.

The rooms were filthy and vile, and the staff were incompetent and lied to me. They ruined my laundry, then lied to avoid paying for it. Go anywhere else!
