The location has been a real lifesaver during the four months I've lived here. Pantai Hospital is just a five-minute drive away, which mattered when my wife had a medical emergency, and Kelana Jaya LRT is about a five-minute walk for my daily commute to KLCC. Bila-Bila Mart on site is big enough for everyday needs. I’m happy we found this for our second home, and the community is mostly expats with some friendly locals. The staff are lovely, from security and the management office to the cleaning team who smile and say good morning. The facilities are adequately maintained. I like the gym, and my kids enjoy having several pools to choose from. Management works through repairs and maintenance at a steady pace, and I haven’t had complaints so far. There are a couple of drawbacks. Our unit faces the Federal Highway, so the LRT noise is loud, and the master bathroom windows don’t block sound as well as the living room windows. The lifts also only let you select up to three floors, which makes sharing awkward, though each tower has four lifts.

The standout is the infinity pool on the 52nd floor, with what is probably the best view, stretching close to 360 degrees. The building is directly opposite mid valley and runs a regular shuttle there too.

The rent is very expensive, and I’m not sure why the toilet and bathroom have transparent glass walls. Highway-facing units also get traffic noise. On the plus side, the apartments are nice and have good views, the security guards and management are helpful, and the amenities are top notch and well maintained. Connections are great, with Abdullah hukum LRT, KTM, buses, and malls like KLEC, Gardens and Mid valley nearby.

Getting around is easy, with the Abdullah Hukum LRT and Mid Valley KTM close by, plus access to major roads including Federal Highway and NPE. Mid Valley Megamall and University of Malaya are about five minutes away by car, and there’s a free daily shuttle to Mid Valley. Residensi Vogue 1 KL Eco City is clean, modern, and well kept. It has a pool, gym, playground, running track, and a free panoramic view of KL city.

The guards and cleaning staff are consistently friendly and smiling, and the place is kept clean and looking nice. I’ve lived here for over a year and have seen things improve, including the decorations and upkeep. It’s very convenient for transport, groceries, and malls nearby. Just keep in mind the condo is in a commercial area, so it doesn’t have much of a neighbourhood feel.
