My family and I had a really good time at this residency. The apartment was spotless, the landlord was very nice, and the security guards were incredibly polite and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.
8/10
The building is quiet and tidy, with spacious, clean apartments. Services are available.
6/10
There are lots of food stalls underneath the apartment. The place is just okay. I’d say it might feel scary if you have a newborn with you. I’d read reviews saying the security guard is rude, but nobody bothered us during our stay.
2/10
Residents were denied parking rudely, without proper communication, and the residence security staff came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. That behavior is unacceptable and reflects badly on management. 👎
2/10
The guard at Capella showed no respect or common sense. I was struggling with a lot of items and he stayed seated by the lobby door button watching me, yet he hurried to help residents who came without anything. I pay rent too, so was I treated differently because I’m a student? The bias is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, especially since so many reviews already mention poor and unsatisfactory service from the guards.
