The location is really good, with a mall within walking distance. My room smelled a bit musty, but they moved me after I complained. There are three Face Suites, and number 3 is newer. If you can book in the new Platinum Suites Tower 3, the pool and rooms have better views, and the rooms are nicer than the ones at Sideman’s.

They’re very strict and rude about their rules. Whether you can use the pool seems to depend on the guard’s own rules, and even baggage storage costs an extraordinary amount.

We ended up cancelling after the guy told us and other guests we had to change rooms at 12 the next day. We said we already had plans, and he became arrogant and rude. The service was absolutely terrible. It felt like they just wanted our money and didn’t care about us.

We booked a suite for our family, then the hotel staff WhatsApped us the day before to say the room wasn’t available. They couldn’t arrange a replacement room for us. Such bad service, never again.
