The bathroom and basin area were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived. The next morning, we told the owner we’d check out at 9 AM. They said they’d come earlier, but we still waited about an hour for the checkout to be completed, and all our scheduled appointments were ruined. We were disappointed and frustrated throughout the stay. Instead of relaxing, we spent the whole time stressed. If management can’t provide proper service and clear communication, they shouldn’t be running a rental. In my opinion, this isn’t even a condo worth buying, let alone staying in. Very highly NOT recommended. The listing for Sky Suites KLCC by Easy Nap said check-in and check-out were available until 23:00, which made it sound like guests could come and go flexibly. But when we arrived around noon, the gate security guard was extremely rude and arrogant. Since we’d paid to rent the apartment, we thought they could at least let us wait in the lobby if check-in wasn’t open yet. The host told us check-in was only at 3 PM and checkout at 12 PM, which hadn’t been made clear in the booking information. One of our group had checked in earlier and got the access card, so the rest of us planned to go up together with our luggage. Security refused to let us in because we had bags, even though we’d just seen other people enter with luggage. It made no sense and was really frustrating.

The photos and description gave a different impression from the actual homestay. For what we paid, we expected a cleaner, better maintained place, so I wouldn’t recommend it unless hygiene improves significantly. We stayed one night, and it wasn’t worth the money. The property was dusty and very dirty, and we found cockroaches inside. Cleanliness clearly wasn’t being maintained, and the bugs made the stay very uncomfortable.

Most of the residents are Saudi or Arab, which gives the place a familiar, reassuring feel. I also appreciated the security team, who are consistently polite and helpful and make the building feel safe. I’m staying at Sky Suites and have been happy with the choice. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location makes the stay even nicer. It’s been a wonderful living experience. Thank you.

The place isn’t clean, and the swimming pool and gym have been closed for a long time.

The landlord said they’d fix everything on the first day, but for four days now they haven’t replied or even answered. The apartment, room 6 on the 16th floor, 16A, has so many problems. The sinks, furniture, and doors are broken, with holes everywhere. Wi-Fi barely works, at about 10%, and we’ve had no hot water the whole time. There are cockroaches and bugs all over, it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, and it smells of cigarettes. The bedding is stained too.
