We didn’t stay from the 25th to the 27th because the cigarette smell was simply too strong. Our first room, Level 43, Block C, had a heavy smoke smell, ants in the kitchen, and even dead cockroaches. We contacted staff right away to ask for another room. They showed us one on Level 14, Block C, but the corridor outside smelled strongly of urine and it wasn’t the room type we’d booked. A third room in Block A, level forgotten, still smelled of cigarettes. We viewed three rooms, and all had noticeable smoke. We’d stayed here a few times before and had good experiences, so this time’s cleanliness and heavy smoke smell were especially disappointing. We had no choice but to leave. We didn’t take photos of the cockroaches because we genuinely intended to put up with things and stay. Nobody travels planning to cancel a booking. Staff said the host would arrange a refund through Agoda. After that, there was no response and our messages were ignored. On my first call, the host kept asking for the booking number. I sent it, and then they stopped replying completely. After several days of calls and messages without an answer, I contacted Agoda, which helped me reach the host. But after speaking with Agoda, the host directly refused to refund us, contradicting the earlier promise to process it through Agoda. This was unacceptable and frustrating. We strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking. We won’t stay at any hotel or guesthouse associated with this host again. Their behavior and attitude were seriously unprofessional.

The staff service was very poor, and we won’t come back. I’ve told all my friends not to choose this property. The apartment was terrible: the rooms were dirty and smelled strongly of urine when you walked in. Cockroaches ran across the floor, and the pillows and blankets provided were dirty and smelly too.

We booked through Agoda for 17-21 March, adding an extra day before our arrival, and selected 18 March as the arrival date. But after following their check-in process, we were marked as a no-show because we didn’t arrive until 12.00 AM on 17 March. They said there had been no communication, even though we had clearly informed them in the Agoda chat. The host wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem to understand that we’d booked with the intention of arriving the next day, before check-in time. Don’t trust the Agoda review. If I could give zero, I would. Luna Suites isn’t a host, they’re just a group of scammers trying to get easy money out of you.

The corridor smelled of cigarettes and was dirty. Inside, the room was dirty too, with cockroaches and bugs, and the toilet was slippery and unclean. The bed linens had burn holes. I checked in on time and immediately booked out. The property told me they would refund the amount, but later I got an email saying I was a no-show and had been charged the full amount. Don’t book at this location.
