We were already on the way to the airport when we realized our passport was still in the room, and we were rushing to catch our flight. I spoke with the manager, and they arranged to have it delivered to us at the airport. The operator was so thoughtful. I don't think you'd get this kind of service just anywhere. Thank you so much!

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the location is good. But the stay itself wasn't for me. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and the management seems new from the way things are handled. We were there for five days and four nights, and the door lock failed on three of those five days. Once, I was hurrying to a meeting while my Grab driver waited downstairs, but the door wouldn't lock. I had to contact management and cancel my Grab ride twice because of this. If you're a frequent traveler who wants hotel service, please don't come here. If you just need somewhere to sleep overnight and don't expect much, it might be worth trying.

My wife and I look forward to staying here whenever we're in Kuala Lumpur. Our duplex had a view of KL's four tallest buildings, and the location puts you right among some of the best food and drinks.

It's an Airbnb apartment in a residential complex, with a cozy feel and complete privacy. The place was neat and clean, and getting to KL sights was convenient too. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in KL. Cheers!
