Shay was quick to respond and helpful on WhatsApp, and the views were great. The building has two mini-marts that could come in handy, but they’re both tiny, hot, and smelly.

Mr. Shay and Mr. Meen were warm, helpful hosts, especially with us travelling with kids. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, from a stove and microwave oven to a washing machine, dryer, and iron. We could walk to Pavilion KL in about 5 minutes, which made getting around easy. We had a lovely stay at Minsha Homes and would recommend it for a comfortable, convenient visit to KL.

Asaraf checked in with me by text every day and was happy to help with what I needed. I booked a two-bedroom room with one bathroom, then asked him about it and paid a small extra fee to move to a two-bathroom room. The place was clean and in a great spot between Pavilion and KLCC, both about a 10-minute walk away. Asaraf was friendly and full of energy. I’d recommend staying here whether you’re travelling solo or with family.
