SPOT ON 89878 i-Heritage

The laundry machine and clothes drying spots on the roof floor were a great plus. When I stayed, the hostel was mostly empty, which made it comfortable. It’s a small place with only a few rooms, most with four beds, a good size. It isn’t close to the GoKL buses or central activities, but Imba MRT Station is just a five-minute walk away, so you can get around. I even walked to the Petronas towers, though it takes a while.

The in-house store has everything a backpacker needs, and the location is good. The place was also reasonably priced, with friendly staff and clean rooms and bathrooms. I really enjoyed staying at the i-Heritage. My one suggestion would be to add lockers for valuables that you don’t want to leave unattended with roommates.

It’s affordable for a hostel, with rooms and amenities, and you can get to nearby tourist spots, malls, coffee shops, the train station, and other places easily. They could improve the front view to make the atmosphere nicer, but generally I’d recommend it.

There are shops and places to eat nearby, and the location sits behind Berjaya Times Square. The free washing machines are handy, though keep an eye on them because they can stop with an “unbalanced load” warning. Getting to the rooms means climbing stairs, especially for the dorms on the third floor.
