There are plenty of places to eat and marts nearby, and the location is great. The room was okay, the toilet was clean, and the service was okay too. It’s fairly priced for what you get. Would I recommend it? If you really have nowhere else to stay, yes. Otherwise, no.

For a small budget, I’d recommend this place. I slept peacefully for the night without any problems. The room was clean and well kept, with slippers, coffee and tea, and a kettle. The queen bed was large, and my favorite part was the wonderfully hot shower.

I’ve had repeated problems with extra charges here. Since my first visit in 2018, they’ve quoted one price and then asked for more when it was time to check out. They say check-in times are flexible, but after you arrive and pay, they may ask for extra money a few hours later. On 13/04/2022 at 4am, I was told to leave because I wouldn’t pay the additional amount they demanded. They say the regular check-in is at noon and checkout is noon the next day, which I understand. I arrived from Singapore at 4am and clearly asked for an early check-in. They agreed, but after noon they wanted more money for me to continue staying. I’d paid for a night, but I hadn’t spent a night there. Customer service is extremely poor, and they’re very dodgy.

KK Mart and 7e are right below the hotel, which is convenient. My partner and I really enjoyed the big bathtub, and I got a lovely surprise when I found the room decorated with balloons. I’d mentioned in the request box that the stay was a birthday treat. Parking was the only problem, since it’s public and shared with restaurant customers.
