After a long flight, I arrived to find my paid booking wasn’t honored, and this has happened to me twice here. The desk staff didn’t know what was going on and offered no help. He gave me the manager’s number instead of contacting them himself, but the manager never replied or picked up. Don’t waste your time booking this place. Go to plaitinum besides it.

The flat’s location is really convenient, with the monorail and metro about five minutes away on foot, a mall nearby, and KLCC around ten minutes away. I stayed for 15 days. The flat is spacious, reasonably maintained, well equipped, and has a nice view. The on-site person was responsive and kind, and even held my luggage for a few hours before I left. There’s a washing machine, but the shelves were poorly attached and looked close to breaking, so I left them untouched because I didn’t want to lose my deposit over damage I hadn’t caused. The pans were worn, and there was no hot water. They did a small clean daily, which felt unnecessary. Changing towels every five days would have been enough. The booking manager was extremely unprofessional before I arrived, which is the reason for my three-star rating. I travel for work and haven’t run into service like that before. Everything was handled through WhatsApp. Since there’s no reception, I booked their airport transfer so I wouldn’t have to worry about arriving on time. It cost more than a Grab, and I had to remind the person two days before departure because they’d forgotten to arrange it. They gave the taxi the wrong date, but I was able to sort it out directly with the driver, who was great. Later, the manager accused me of not paying, even though payment through their website was required and had been taken when I booked. After several conversations over three weeks using my reservation number, they still asked me to prove I’d paid. That was ridiculous. For the service overall, the price felt a little high, especially for the arrangements before arrival. Once I was there, things were handled properly and I didn’t have to worry.

Ridwan, the property manager, was courteous and humble when we arrived, and stayed available whenever we needed help with the apartment. My family and I visited Malaysia in August '24, and I found this Stay Inn apartment on Agoda.com after researching options. We got a great deal, and the studio was surprisingly good for the price. It had everything we needed: a washing machine, full kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. My child especially enjoyed staying there. We could walk to attractions, the metro, grocery shops, cafes, and other places, so everything was close by. I’d recommend it to couples, small families of three, or groups of friends. If I return to Malaysia, I’d book it again without hesitation.

Ridwan was a great host, and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed with my family.
