The location is a big plus. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and the famous street food hub jalan alor are all within walking distance. We had a superior queen room, which was big and clean, with a very nice, spacious washroom. Receptionists and staff were really friendly and helpful. The one odd thing was that the water heater knob in the washroom came off while we were using it. When we told them, they offered another room, but we chose to stay because our window view was very beautiful. That was our choice. We'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was clean and affordable, and there was a 711 and laundry right outside. But the bed was too short for me, and the WiFi was the worst I've ever seen. When I told staff it wasn't working, he said it might work better outside. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need WiFi or a quiet place.

I had a good time here, with a nice room and friendly staff. The only downside was that the building's lift smelled a bit.

The hotel may not be the best, but I really liked the service. The receptionist was very nice, and the room was pretty clean. When there was a problem with my room, they offered me another, better room.

I stayed one night. It was quieter than another hotel, though don't expect much of a view from the window. The deposit is RM100.
